Now a days film industry is flooded with so many actors, directors, etc., Usually it is said that entering a film industry is very difficult and it requires so much hard work. It is difficult to enter to because one need to go through so many auditions where the competition of getting selected is tough and one need to undergo so many rejections. The person need to be very patient. And getting into audition is also difficult. These all factors is applicable only if a person's background is not from a film industry. A person who is from film industry background can get into auditions and film industry much easier way. Nepotism means giving jobs or position to family members or friends in a particular field by using theirs powers. Because of nepotism it has become difficult  for outsiders to get into the industry who may be much qualified than those who get into industry through nepotism. There are many actors in industry who have made their debut through nepotism but has worked so hard to make their mark in industry. Nepotism should not be done in a much large extent that a very much talented and qualified outsider doesn't get a chance. And that outsider can never make his/her career and mark in the industry. But still there are many actors in the industry who have made a great mark and won hearts of many people through their continuous hard work and entered industry without nepotism. There is a well said proverb, "Hard work never fails" and many legends have proved it.

MY FAVORITE- OLD MOVIES  It might be surprising, but I would confidently say that I love old movies than the new movies releasing now a days.  To be specific, I love the movies of the 1980's and 90's. It is my personal opinion to call the movies of those times the best of all the movies I have seen. Movies like, 'Kuch kuch hota hai',' Mouna raagam', 'Punagai mannan' are few of my favorites from that time.
